no pros in this company , hike are bad , micromanagent in most of the projects , no support from HR's , you wont be given any new opportunities to work on

the company is not good , if you are a mainframes developer they will hire you saying you will get a chance to work on a new mainframe related software(e-merge) which is not true and this tool is not even being used any where else in the market as well

salary; freebies, including food. that's about it.

Cons

Their Latvian branch is bunch of women hating clowns. Senior IT managers with mysoginist attitude, bullies with pack mentality. They write about themself as "Sapiens is an E-Verified & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V." That's complete and utter rubbish. Statement just for the sake of corporate brand promo. In reality it's complete circus, at least in Latvian branch. HR is useless as well. Overall very chaotic and hostile work environment; ill planing can be seen from outside.

Annual hike is good in IDIT team. Teammates were good.

Cons

Managers act like they are the boss here and if u raise any problems no one to listen here. HR will ghost you after joining formalities done. Getting release from project is near to impossible. If u deliver your project successfully dont worry manager will take all credit and will give you 750 rupees amazon voucher.
