      Old technology, nothing much to learn High level politics They treat North Indian people in a very bad manner like no recognisation less hike.

      1.Casual organisation with 7-8 hrs a day job. 2.Not much work pressure 3.Work life balance (depends on which team you join as well)

      Cons

      1.Not much to learn 2.Usage of old methods and free software as they are miser 3.Very poor HR management 4.Not a high intellect oriented company.....they usually make-scrap.....make-scrap constantly 5.Not many public holidays given for different cultures(ganesh chaturthi, eid, holi are working days) To top it off that, only 21 leaves in a year and no sick leaves or any other provision 6.Most important- salary........not good pay masters.....as I mentioned in headline-Join only if you have no other option

      If you like copy paste and learn nothing- this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Management does not see the employee(Resource which moves between projects) Working on weekends become a standard Very low salaries No welfare at all Very un-professionals managers Most of the employees are willing to leave, very depressed atmosphere The projects are in very tight and under unreasonable schedules Very old technologies: ejb3, quartz, monolith , with no road map to for upgrade. No salary raise - if you are not happy you can leave. Very poor devops and IT processes. Very bad IT infrastructure, RDS machines are so slow like working on the 80th Encourage Israeli developers to leave in order to recruit Indians developers.
