      Things you will not know before you join

      Pros

      1. If you keep your manager happy with your work, you will get above average ratings and hike. Else average ratings and hike which is also great as compared to maximum hikes provided in companies like Infosys and Wipro 2. Very tinsy tiny probability to travel on-site, that too on short periods

      Cons

      1. Notice period is 2 months 2. Mandatory to maintain 9 hrs a week 3. If you need to leave early someday,you will be required to apply half day leave from your earned leaves 4. On-site opportunities are usually hogged by management level and if you are joining at a level below manager,you should not expect onsite. If you are very lucky and have tremendous buttering skill,you might get 5. In case of even big emergency,like accident or maternity related problems or family issues,you will not be provided work from home 6. If you are a female candidate,you might get rejected, because you hold capability to get pregnant, pregnancy is frowned upon (for L&P department,not sure about other departments)

      Mix of Startup and MNC.

      Pros

      Good Salary when you join. Good learning experience for Insurance Domain with Foundation Training. Flat hierarchy. Opportunity work with different people with different roles and designations.

      Cons

      Stagnant learning after some time. Unrealistic timelines. Lack of opportunities for growth.
