      Good people doing the work. Upper management is entrenched and fearful.

      Work with enthusiastic international people.

      Cons

      Old Guard treat people doing work as cogs. Expect to have your work split to multiple projects with multiple bosses. The expectation is to work long hours and weekends with little work life balance. The President of the North American division rules by fear, insults and innuendo. Internal help is difficult to get. No help desk but a convoluted system to request help from other divisions who you are dependent on. You will be directed to hide negative information from internal and external people.

      Soo much politics People are becoming leaders without any knowledge People work for so long because they can't survive when they go out. To WFH also they do so much drama. More than work you need to do extra things which won't help your growth. HR management is not accessible to employees you need to wait months to get a reply from HR
