Where you live matters more than your skills. They fired most of the Turkish employees or didn't give increase to make them resign because we are not as cheap as before and because we are Turkish. The company hired more than needed BAs and because of their downsizing decision they let most of the Turkish BAs without looking at the skills or talent. Just because they live in Turkey. Also they have salary ratios for countries so for example if you are not from X country you have to get less salary even if the X Country BAs are less qualified than you. Also performance management is really awful. Your KPIs are mostly on how many trainings you finished, no real KPIs about any project performance, your skills or your working performance. If you are good with your manager you can get promotion. All subjective on your relationship instead of facts or KPIs.
