Where do I begin. The lack of compensation, equity, communication Toxic workplace culture (its not what you know its who) - all leadership is offshore, so the US employees are of no value. Doesnt matter if you know the business, they care about the money, Same for customers, we are obligated to lie about projects that are derailed because our offshore resources, and try to blame the customers only so we can increase the scope after they've signed. There is no work life balance No true leadership HR is a joke - we are rewarded with yoga programs, instead of training opportunities, Compensation is a joke, I think US employees make less than the offshore staff in India.
