Internal politics, particularly involving some senior managers and team leads, are a serious concern. There appears to be favoritism, and certain decisions seem biased, which affects team cohesion and fairness. Additionally, some managers lack a strong background in IT, and their approach aligns more closely with BPO operations than with IT project management.
