Thank you for the valuable feedback. Sapiens is proud of our longstanding customer, partner and employee engagements. These relationships are dynamic and maintaining them requires creativity and commitment. We continuously seek for new ways to enhance the benefits we provide our employees, in addition to the benefits that we already provide. The eMerge platform is one of the most stable technologies in the market and is essential for the success of many Sapiens’ clients around the globe. On top of that we always work on new innovations and stay updated, aspiring to be the best that we can. Our door is always open and we would be happy to hear your additional thoughts and concerns. Best Regards, Anat Belluco Feinkuchen VP Global HR

Pros

Team leaders, software developers, testers and business analysts are all really pleasant to work with.

Cons

The downsides of the company far outweigh the positives. On numerous occasions pay increases were given which resulted in the employee receiving a lower wage that month, which, when brought up to the finance department was received with the phrase "But that's the standard method of calculation used in all companies". Upper management consistently over promise on work and deadlines in order to achieve new contracts, do not offer overtime in the vast majority of cases, and do not allocate the number of staff they tell customers they allocate to their product. Company events (Kick-Off Event, team building etc) is all billed to the customers. Salary is below average, as are the number of holidays. Pension is average, life insurance is average. Morale constantly low.

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear that you had a pleasant environment while working in Sapiens. It is in high priority for us to ask all leavers for their views and any concerns in exit interviews, and on the rare occasions that negative feedback is obtained this is escalated for management attention. We also commit to anonymity as we have a very high number of returners to our staff base. Sapiens is committed to provide our clients the best service on time as planed and within budget. In case there is a need in overtime, we approve it specifically so that we can assure we complete the project as planned. We appreciate the time you took to review and the time you worked with us at Sapiens. Best regards, Anat Belluco Feinkuchen VP Global HR
