1. No compromise on quality of deliverables 2. Flexibility to move to other technologies. Eg : I moved from being a Java developer to a Java and C++ developer

Cons

Since code reviews are with architects based in Israel, may take time. But it's a necessary evil to maintain quality of deliverables

domain training, product training, on job training is superb. approx first month you will be undergoing trainings only, so pay attention. not much work pressure, joined recently so review might change with time.
