Well, you do get paid.
Cons
They don't know what they're doing, make bad business deals, and waste money. Spreadsheets dictate their choices, and they tend to fail. They have some strange goal of "cornering the north american insurance market", whatever that means, but it's not a very attainable goal. They're less of their own company, and really a series of acquisitions.
