High tech, advanced automated control systems and process control strategies, large variety of equipment to work on.

Cons

Very Poor communication between hourly and salary/management employees. Poor planning and scheduling practices, hourly employee input and efforts for improvements is not valued and often ignored. Unwillingness to invest in employee training, tools, safety equipment and employee retention. Pay is behind in similar disciplines. Pride in workmanship and place of employment is almost non-existent.
