Great teamwork. Management approachable and questions or concerns always addressed. Relaxed atmosphere, challenging work, fun environment. No micromanaging. Trusted to manage your accounts and do what's right for customers and company.

Pros

- The mill keeps the surrounding areas of Maine working and supports many families. I appreciate the mill for this. - Benefits are ok, not the best, not the worst.

Cons

- The time off is not reflected from what they tell you when hired. That is all I will put about that. - Pay is subpar and even if they tell you there are bonuses; don't count on it. - They treat their employees like they are fully owned by the mill. - The mill needs a lot of work and a lot of upkeep and Sappi does not want to do permanent repairs. There are many band aids that are in place that will become dangerous if not rectified. Do not work here if you want a set time on and off schedule.
