The management in place on the IT side leaves a lot to be desired. Tons of talent in the ranks with little technical talent in the leadership. This tends to lead the the company to poorly made directional decisions often causing more work for the talent below. Everyone is friendly and everyone seems to work well together. But after awhile you start to recognize that the meeting about a meeting about the meeting needs to lead to another meeting about a meeting and not much ever gets accomplished. While at every single meeting everyone gets a pat on the back because of how they keep making their meetings.
Yea.... exactly.
Moving on.
