      Pros

      Good starting salary The job was easy enough. Rotation through the mill means good experience. Small, coastal town location - lovely.

      Cons

      Run in a very corporate manner. No flexi hours. Multiple simultaneous products can get tough. Frowned upon to take more than two weeks leave at once.
