it is a global company therefore it looks after its employees

Cons

the paper industry is on a slide so working here means you deal with restructuring and retrenchment on a regular basis, with that said promotion is slow because of being moved around frequently as the management tries to arrest the slide by maximizing profits and decreasing losses.

Friendly workers and engineers, working there had a laid back vibe but in a good way that seemed to promote productivity

Cons

Some of the building styles and infrastructure are quite dated but it didn't seem to bother me that much
