      Well renowned company, staff discounts, onsite parking, healthcare scheme

      Cons

      not always family oriented, shift works make alot of sacrifices- company rules mainly obliging to office workers.

      Very exclusive to Spanish speakers. You will not get ahead unless you’re bilingual. You also need to be good friends with your supervisor to move up
