      Decent Company

      Pros

      Relatively simple work, decent supervisor (1 0f 3 though), okay pay.

      Cons

      Tiring, boring, very hot or cold at times. Some managers were too strict and didn't handle employee tension well.

      Better paying Dairy jobs are out there

      3 day work week Good benefits No swing shift Gift card for working overtime (trial basis) Time and a half after 40 hours

      Cons

      Stuck working Thurs Fri Sat for a long time Hard to find a babysitter for 5am until 5 pm or 6 am till 6pm 3% Raise doesn't cover the cost of inflation Attendance incentive strongly favors those who don't have family obligations
