      Decent pay. Overtime isn't too often.

      Cons

      You have to be related to management in order to move up. Favoritism. If you complain the most you get what you want even if you have low seniority and/or experience.

      Pros

      It's really felt like home working at Saputo. The best culture I've experienced at a company. This company is leading in the Dairy industry and no plans to slow down. Experts in each department that have been here 20 + years. Really a testament to the company
