Saputo Cheese offers great benefits package. 401K Medical Vision and Dental insurence. Freindly close knit employees. Above average pay for the area.

Cons

Force overtime if someone calls in an next shift. Rotating shifts for less senior people. Can be forced to work all weekends or holidays depending on seniority in department.

Pros

Good benefits (stock, insurance), money is OK, some hokey tickets contests which is almost impossible to win (1 in 3000), nice cafeteria ($)

Cons

Cubicles, access-bad location, IT is restructuring so management is still "adjusting", low on staff, burocracy (Specially projects), environment is very Microsoft oriented, conservative and rather boring. Going up the ladder is almost impossible, they hire their friends and consulting companies (like Avanade) to do the fun work.
