If you're located in Melbourne, it might be advisable to explore other opportunities, as the job may require a 'yes' person to thrive. However, if you're based in Warrnambool, you can still expect support from management even with minimal effort.

Work is ok (in office), lots of rebate and promotion on diary products. Employee party and christmas gift for the kids are wowzer

Cons

Not the best spot for immigrant to thrive. Lots of subtle racism within management.

Descent salary and pension plan.

Cons

High turnovers. Even if the company tries to provide an inclusion environment there is still bias from managers. Make sure managers adopts company values specially for those that have grown only in the company and without other experience outside or academic preparation. Human Resources partners should play an impartial role.
