Not many to list- some nice staff

Cons

A toxic culture, bullying is rife. Leadership don’t give clear direction, conflicting priorities, heavy workload, long hours and nothing is ever enough. If you want to preserve your health don’t work at Saputo

The benefits are not bad

Cons

Terrible shifts, abusive supervisor,lost wages and earned time off with no explanation and union looked the other way. Unable to even take time off when my spouse was in intensive care. Horrible management

Pros

Decent pay and benefits but that's the only thing this company has going for it.

Cons

terrible work/life balance, 12 hour shifts, does not approve days off, actively treats their staff as numbers not people, incompetent management, leadership heavy but don't actually lead, will white paper you out the door if they don't like you will actively manage you out, changed schedules constantly.
