My plant was unionized, for that reason we made good money and had good benefits.

Cons

-Shut plant down and sub contracted baxters milk to the competitors Northumberland milk. -Based out of Quebec. -Doesnt care about employees only money.

Pros

None other than the odd long break waiting for equipment to get fixed. I don’t work there anymore. 👍

Cons

To many to state. It’s basically a boys club with bad management. They just focus on high numbers even if your on light duty for an Injury that they clearly know about and belittle you for being damaged due to work. Cold and damp all the time. Politics everywhere in the place. Hard to keep anyone happy.
