bad management, very corporate and structured culture, doesn't feel like a family as they pretend, finance team is all about deadlines and rush everything, alot of micro-management

Some good supervisors but a some are pretty terrible

Cons

Hard on the body. Management doesnt communicate effectively leading to you having to do a task multiple times or redoing it in the checking section.
