Pros

Saputo is an excellent company with fantastic benefits. You can tell the CEO really strives to make the company different than the others.

Cons

HR can play favorites, depending on the location. Some HR employees are quite nasty to others and get away with it because they are HR. I believe an internal review of the HR department is necessary.

Pros

The company pays well and has great health benefits. It's a laid back culture and the company host plenty of employee appreciation events (non monetary). They're one of the few company's that continue to host off-site holiday parties.

Cons

The Dallas location is small and there's little room for career growth. The company does not offer training or telecommuting options. And, you're made to feel like you can't make a mistake. Often times they hire from the outside rather than promoting within.

EVERYTHING ELSE!!! Management is horrible which leads to everything else being just as bad. A lot of unsatisfied employees looking for different jobs.
