Pros

Paycheck every 2 weeks, I guess.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment. Bosses dont have to go into the office but make us go in. Spy in the office will tell on us if we don't go in on a certain day. The spy got job through nepotism. Boss does no real work, over 60, if boss had to actually do real work they wouldn't be able to do it because they can't keep up. Watching boss in an excel spreadsheet is like watching paint dry. Making us come into the office is their only way of having power in their life, it’s pathetic. Only 1 POC on our team, it took 7 years for that person to get promoted. Definite micromanagement, ineffective leaders that shouldn't have been promoted to the jobs they have. Got promoted through boot licking. Office culture is at an all-time low and they refuse to acknowledge anything. When the job market turns around everyone will look for better work. They are tired of their managers. The job is ok, but the managers make the work place intolerable. HR is terrible.

Pros

- Good people - Salesman show what goes on behind-the-scenes/the result of your hardwork

Cons

- Micromanagement (lot of frequent updates required) - lack of team development & communication (additional job training isn’t promoted by mgmt) - Low team morale because of uncertainty of job-security - Management does not correctly address team member concerns
