      Saputo ran Saint John plant into ground

      -Unionized environment (Saputo hated the union) -Closed so I don't have to deal with Saputo

      Cons

      -Poor Management - Human resources sides with company -Will put posters in lunch room bragging about making $11billion last year then close plant to "cut costs"
