Poor Management BEWARE!!

Good starting pay Fast-paced with a variety of positions during a shift

Cons

Constantly running understaffed, going on 4+ years. Overtime is mandatory and it's 6 days a week. HR does NOT tell new hires this! The only opportunity for advancement is seniority based. Many unqualified employees holding higher positions. Poor trainers for new hires and upgrade positions alike. Severe favoritism experienced with management. If you need FMLA and use it, you will become a target.

Pros

Genuinely pro diversity. Competitive salary. An excellent place to start your career, at an entry level position. With hard work, tenacity and ability I think there is no limit.

Cons

A reputation for "churn n burn" . A lot of lifers with strong relationships and stronger opinions, don't expect to change them and don't expect a welcome into the club. Onboarding is a major weakness. I'd strongly caution against joining the company as a manager or above.
