Good Pay. Worked with some very talented people

Cons

Supervisors/managers displayed a very negative attitude. Very little communication from managers regarding goals and scheduling. Support from HR regarding benefits was non existent. Company has a lot of fancy slogans. They just don't abide by them.

Pros

Easily to fly under the radar and do the bare minimum. Pay is good. If you're looking for something short term its an option.

Cons

The person with the check the box review is spot on. Company strives to do the bare minimum to save money, they really only care about getting product out the door. A toxic, fend for yourself culture, where everyone is constantly complaining which makes work miserable. Upper management is a good ole boys club that only promotes their favorite yes men so nothing ever changes. Something needs to change at the executive/C-suite level to build a better culture, Lyne Castonguay seemed to be helping drive that, but of course they kicked her to the curb and went back to one of their good ole boys.
