      Pros

      -flex hours -great benefits -chance to learn many skills -competent management with open-door policies -good team environment -freedom to choose some of your projects and help determine the best ways to complete them -lots of newer lab equipment -company hosts a lot of fun events for employees like happy hours, trivia, picnics, pizza lunches, and ping pong tournaments.

      Cons

      -company hires on a lot of contractors and sometimes takes a long time to make them full employees with benefits -more desk space and more private cubicles needed -roles for different position levels could be more well defined

      Pros

      Good people, great benefits, nice office, hard working employees, flex hours. CEO has passion. Making a difference in DMD community saving lives. Employees passionate about work. Never board.

      Cons

      Nepotism, bad management, bad communication good old boys club. Upper management is very back stabbing and sneaky. Lots of side bar meetings excluding employees. Make doing ones job very difficult and hard to succeed. To many cliches within departments. Don't trust current HR staff. Environment is not warm. High employee turnover especially women not being promoted.

      Pros

      The QC team I worked on here was fantastic. My team worked diligently to complete projects well and on time. It was a fantastic environment to learn the in's and out's of QC work. I was given ample responsibility and trained on a variety of new assays.

      Cons

      At time it seemed tha internal communication could have been better.
