Pros

Sargent and Lundy offers good pay, good benefits, a challenging work load, and great opportunity for advancement in the energy industry.

Cons

It would have been nice to see the differentiation between the good employees and the bad employees. Seems to take a few years to weed out the negatives.

many extracurriculars, raise opportunities twice per year, smartest people in the energy industry, great travel opportunities, worldwide influence, lots of young people, OT pay

Cons

unimpressive tuition reimbursement, some managers not well-equipped enough to manage, not enough standards and templates, need better knowledge sharing between experts and new hires
