Flexible work schedule that allows some WFH time.

Cons

This was without a doubt the most toxic, racist, and sexist workplace I have ever worked at. It is a culture of bullying and harassment and HR could not care less about you. Especially egregious since they considerably underpay compared to market rates.

Great benefits-401k is top in the nation, tuition reimbursement program is excellent, phenomenal culture, & CEO genuinely cares about his employees!

Cons

Because the culture is so phenomenal, some employees (very small %, but usually are the loudest) are entitled. They haven’t worked anywhere else, so they don’t know how good they have it.
