Staff is helpful. 2 weeks of training. Good pay for intro to the company.

Cons

The equipment they send is outdated. The monitors they send are older ab do not work. When you call IT you can either get the super helpful guy or the other one who seems to think you’re stupid or beneath him.

Pros

Sarnova's owners are very hands on and want to know the people who work for them and interact with them. They want you to feel free to talk to them and say Hi as you pass them without feeling intimidated. Not many companies are that way!

Cons

The pay is not great for the amount of work you do.. but if off set by a decent work life balance
