Hybrid work environment, equipment provided to work remotely, great benefits, and fun events to build camaraderie (i.e.: costume contest, bring your dog to work day, holiday luncheon, etc.)

Covid decreases ability for face-to-face meetings

Decent pay. Decent culture. General respect for time outside of work.

Cons

Any job middle management or higher is one giant meeting. Not a lot gets done unless you achieve an absurd level of groupthink and consensus. If you don't mind red tape. Go nuts here.
