      Pros

      Great place to work!! The pay is decent and your on your own for people that hate managers breathing down your neck. You can work on Sarnova or Tri-Anim side, depending on what the company's needs are. Carrie is an amazing higher up manager and she does anything she can to help you

      Cons

      Jeff the manager on Sarnova side is extremely rude and condescending. Doesn't care about his employees and the way he talks to you is horrific. He's very heartless and doesn't know how to talk to people with respect

      Sarnova's top priorities are made very clear to us, and we always know what it expected.
