      Great benefits but poor mid-level management and communication

      Great compensation and benefits package, free lunch, work space layout

      Cons

      Mid-level management ran by incompetent individuals with zero management experience. No prior experience in implementing strategies and processes. Literal golfing boys club leadership with almost no communication on how operations - supply chain is strategizing itself. Departments are silo'ed and mid level leadership from director and below do nothing about it. No monthly or quarterly briefings on what is taking place for the success of the organization. Direct reports are in the blind on a daily basis of what trajectory operations - supply chain is headed.
