Pros
I dont think you could find a more powerful combo of mission, product, and leadership than you will at Saronic. The work is hard, but its exciting and very fulfilling to know you're working towards an important mission. The team is amazing - including leadership, and even while everyone is working hard there is still a sense of fun and joyfulness in the office.
Cons
This isn't a place to coast without doing any work, and sloppy work/ poor work ethic is quickly addressed - so those who are looking to do the bare minimum will not likely be successful here. But if you want to have an impact and work on arguably the most important technology in the world right now - this is an amazing company to work for.
