      Strong leaders who communicate company status. High levels of collaboration towards a common goal.

      Cons

      Can’t hire fast enough to keep internal project deadlines. Not a matter of being denied staffing just recruiting can only proccess and interview so many people.

      Challenging and exciting work. Constantly growing as an individual and in your career. The fast paced environment opens up opportunity to capitalize and grow professionally. People are genuinely excited, motivated and collaborative.

      Cons

      No 401k match. Growth at this pace will most likely have some sort of fallout but leadership does what they can to retain and provide opportunities for those who are struggling with the fast paced growth and unable to scale themselves alongside the company.
