Coworker are great and make getting through the day easier. There is a lot of room for growth potential and promote from within a lot.

Cons

Get stuck working almost every weekend. Also never knew until last minute if you would be stuck working a holiday weekend. The training there is horrible. The lazy workers get away with being lazy well the people who work their butt off get all the blame if something isn't done and are expected to do everything.
