Sartori- "Leading the Whey"

Pros

Sartori is a fourth generation family owned and operated company that focuses on "Leading the Whey". Family owned is a "loose-term" thrown around here because all team members that work here are family and have a chance to voice their opinions on which way the company is headed. Moreover, the reason why I enjoy working here the most is because Sartori values in house promotion more than companies that I have worked at in the past.

I been with Sartori for 6 years and have worked my way up from a line attendant to being in the office. They also have tuition reimbursement.

Cons

There really are no downsides to working at Sartori.
