      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and ability to develop self-sufficiency, project management and sales experience.

      Cons

      Like some of the other reviews, very limited to non-existent upward mobility or career development. Training for other than sales reps is also non-existent. Overall company is run by European head which can be difficult for U.S based employees.
