Poor and nasty managers totally unprofessional in handling employees and matters without doing investigations and simply based on their personal judgement and biased opinions dismissing me for something that was speak up that was not smoothing to their ears and totally no empathy for employees simply just dismiss whenever the manager want.

1. Colleagues stuck in the old mentality, not willing to adapt to new ideas or suggestions. They are comfortable with how things are, but comfort breeds complacency. 2. Old guard colleagues would rather throw new joiners under the bus to protect themselves. 3. Rampant hypocrisy. Two different standards exist: one for them, and one for the others. 4. Over-complication of simple matters, slow bureaucracy. 5. Independent thinking is not encouraged, micromanagement from bosses and seniors. 6. Constant shunning of work responsibilities by seniors. 7. No form of team collaboration, every man for himself. 8. Tense work environment. 9. Two-faced colleagues. They are nice in front of you, but behind your back they are gossiping about you, and constantly belittling you. 10. Colleagues have no backbone to stand up against any injustices.
