Interesting industry and some skilled motivated colleagues.

Cons

Management presents itself as supportive, but this can change suddenly if you raise concerns. Situations may be reframed in a way that places blame on the employee, and it can feel like the narrative is changed rather than issues being addressed. Transparency and psychological safety are lacking, and once trust is broken, it´s hard to recover.

Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

Cons

Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
