      Grossly Mismanagement Chaotic Management Style

      Good Resume Builder, Real Experience gained with Gov Clients.

      Cons

      Mismanaged. They do not use Agile Methodolgy correctly & the Program Manager is completely unprofessional although (they) put on a good front for the client. Development team is not treated well, its a sweat shop. CEO's are extremely cheap

      The company is a good opportunity if you are unemployed and just need a job.

      Cons

      The co-owner does not know what he's doing. The contracts we work on are a mess. People keep losing their jobs bc of poor management. I dont know how the company stays open. If you are in the Washington DC area, you are required to be on-site most of the week. Low-balled offer even based on experience. Dishonesty about overall company culture and expectations. Zero training on how the company does things and expectation is to be 100% up to speed on Day 1.

      Exposure to Federal Clients – Working with federal clients provides a strong understanding of government projects and the high standards they require. Opportunities for Learning – In the past 6 months, I’ve gained a deep understanding of sourcing consultants for full-time positions and the C2C market. It’s a great place for anyone looking to build their skills in IT recruiting and bench sales.

      Benefits Could Be Improved – The benefits package could be more competitive, especially considering the federal clients and expectations from the consultants we place.
