      Pros

      The company is a good opportunity if you are unemployed and just need a job.

      Cons

      The co-owner does not know what he's doing. The contracts we work on are a mess. People keep losing their jobs bc of poor management. I dont know how the company stays open. If you are in the Washington DC area, you are required to be on-site most of the week. Low-balled offer even based on experience. Dishonesty about overall company culture and expectations. Zero training on how the company does things and expectation is to be 100% up to speed on Day 1.

      Great advantages Flexible working and for great work/life balance Friendly global team Great support from management to develope new ideas Room to expand into new technologies and pushing current boundaries of technology Room to grow professionally.

      None,absolutely no cons,from 8 years of experience with different companies this is best.

      Good Working Environment Great career progression good work environment seniors are helpful. Nice people here offering helping on all aspects of work. Great training session letting us get in touch with edge technologies within the industry.
