Pros

Satsyil has well experienced management who know how to improve each resource individually. Management team has sound knowledge in most technologies. Very employee friendly environment to work with. Opportunity to learn new technologies. Listens to employee's problems and responds timely.

Cons

Did not see much cons. Maybe need more supporting staffs to handle the company growth. Maybe more benefits as well.

I have been working at Satsyil Corp full-time (almost an year). Able to have Good Work life balance with stress free work environment .Getting great support from the management team with smooth salary process and other benefits . Immense opportunities for growth and good work culture . Great opportunity to work with different types of projects .To be honest from my experience this is one of the best place to work
