      You feel safe as safety is the first priority here.

      Cons

      You will see a higher level of discrimination. Less supportive attitude towards employee needs. Less allowance and bonuses. No career development, you will stay in the same position for 10 years or so, until or unless you are from a specific nation

      Pros

      Benefits are better then most for health insurance. Flexible for time off.

      Cons

      The money is not there to make what they claim. Income is all over the place and you can never accurately depend on what your going to make . Loads get canceled every day and if that happens you are poop out of luck. Not what it is cracked up to be. I know there are worse jobs but this place is not the greatest if you need a steady pay check .
