Great overall company. The story of how it all started with the Brothers is very inspirational…… also very competitive pay and excellent benefits

Vacation is acquired each pay period vs getting a bulk amount at the beginning of each year

Pros

The other employees you deal with daily are a good group to work with and crew comfort is excellent. The requirements of the job are reasonable. The schedule is excellent and the pay is competitive.

Cons

The insurance could be improved upon. There is no support given from the main office. There is no room for advancement unless you attended the correct university. There are no attempts to improve relations between operations and management.
