Dysfunctional leadership. Toxic work environment. Everybody talks about each other behind their backs. HR is absent and has poor follow up. Company lacks a true leader with so many different voices involved. The saying don’t judge a book by its cover could not be more true when describing Savannah Bee. Everything looks great on the surface but when you start to uncover what is inside it’s a total mess. You can’t trust anyone on the leadership team because they habitually make false promises and play both sides. They talk a big game but time and time again fall short and when they fall short they make employee changes or bring in consultants in thinking things will change, but nothing changes and they continue to live in their delusional bubble.
