Pros

The specific store I worked at had great training, and there is good opportunities overall to move up and around within the company. CEO and some upper management are great, we received a cash bonus based on how many hours we worked one year.

Cons

Specific stores can have poor management, usual retail high school clique vibes, and the corporate side of things started to take over some of the creativity employees had.

It's a small company with a great mission. Products are great. Social Media and esthentic is great. Built the business in the gift space.

Cons

Incredibly Toxic Culture. Unclear on Strategy and dependent on the next big sale with no clear understanding on the difference of building a business rather than making a sale. Entire team has little to no CPG experience and does not have a clear understanding of it.
