Management does not have any work ethics. Most managers here are very blased towards certain employers. If you want to be promoted or get a raise, you have to gain the favor of some of the managers. There's no use gaining merits here because everything is based on favoritism.

* Lack of strategic vision. * Horrible communication within the company. * Not open to suggestions from qualified employees. * Management / supervision bullying. * Constantly changing leadership (Every month or so, if not more often). * No communication between client and customer, whatsoever. * Driving their own initiatives versus client initiatives. (big problem) * Arrogant leaders that claim to know everything about everything. * Expects you to work ALL THE TIME! * Does not follow their own company code of ethics or vision. * No feeling of stability or like you are part of a team. You are constantly worrying about losing your job all the time. They hire and fire like people changing socks. * They have lost many of their people that are good people and recently, many of those are management.
